What will the Earth look like before and after Global Warming Occurs?

I've been searching forever to find pictures of what some scienctists believe what the earth would look like after global warming occurs. I really want to see how the worlds coasts will be affected, and especially how the tropics and colder regions of our plaent will be affected. Please, no 'Global Warming is not true' answers. And I would love a link too.

4. Remember how Florida was so stupid they voted close enough in 2000 that the crooked supreme court could steal the election for Bush? Florida will be under water. Ha ha ha. No lie, insurance companies are already either boosting rates or withdrawing coverage. Thats what they voted for. I sure don't want any of MY tax money going to...bail out....those fools.
5. Hypothetical question with no real answer. Nobody really knows if it will happen and to what degree if it does. If you find some renditions they will be guesses at best.
