If global warming was true then why haven't there been more record breaking temperatures?
According to wikipedia doing a search on the hottest temperatures on record for various countries there have been very few records that have been set within the last 20 years. If global warming was true then why aren't more than 50% of the records within the last 20 years??? Wikipedia is completely valid for this particular question, point is that there shouold be a lot more records being set!

- global warming is an increase in the AVERAGE temperature. its not saying that every single temperature will stretch to the extremes and you are getting info from wikipedia....don't use that as a source of info for research
- Weather and climate..two different things
- That last ice age just a 10000 to 15000 years ago, now would be "Global Warming" but for none of the reasons paranoid Gore speaks of. So got to go now and get some frost bite
- Because the global warming croud has an agenda and they like that research money coming their way.If you send a bunch of university types to the north country to study" global warming " and pay for the expenses they are not likely to come home saying - there is no problem. We have record cold temps. and snow to match for the 2nd. year now.
