What are the ways to search employment in Saudi Arabia?

I know its a very general question but I had to ask. I am a project manager who has managed projects with global banks and with Fortune 500 companies in North America over the past 5 years. Also I have graduated with a North American degree. Internet searching does not yield any good results. I have tried most of the "results" from search engines but there seems to be no response back.

2. register in www.bayt.com and www.monstergulf.com, post your CVs there and you can also proactively seach for job offers posted on the site. It is completely free, i am not advertising but i actually managed to recruit some people from these websites. it is no use applying directly to companies through their own websites or through the careers section, as i've never seen anyone hardly replying or paying attention to those. HR is not the strongest department in Saudi companies, lol. if you like what you find, pick me as best answer, good luck job hunting
3. when i was seeking employment in saudi, i basically combed the internet for every company that was possibly hiring and any kind of employment site in the middle east. i knew the kind of job that i was looking for, so all i had to do was do my homework and find a place that was hiring for that particular job; as opposed to just putting my CV out there and hoping for somebody to call about anything. in the past, i used bayt.com and monster, but i never got any replies from those sites. i disagree with the answer about not getting any replies from companies. i usually got replies whenever i sent my CV directly to company or school websites. there are lots of jobs out there, you just have to invest the time in looking for them. i remember i sent my CV out to so many places that i hardly recognized the names of the places that responded. i was finally hired by a university that i don't even remember applying to. good luck.

5. go to daveseslcafe. I know it says esl but I don't think all the jobs there are english positions...my husband recently saw a posting for boozallen hamilton.
